The French-Speaking Skilled Worker draw required candidates to have active Express Entry profiles within the last year and minimum French language proficiency of CLB 7. The Federal Skilled Worker program also mandates a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark level 6 in English.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) operates an Expression of Interest system to nominate qualifying candidates for permanent residence in the province. The candidates should submit a Permanent Residence application within 60 days of receiving a Notification of Interest.
