Ontario Conducts Back-to-back PNP Draws Issuing 2,650 Invites in the Month’s First Invitation Round

The latest Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draws on March 12, 2024, processed 2,650 invites under international student and foreign worker streams.

Ontario issued 11 invites under the foreign worker stream and 2,639 invites under the International Student Stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) in consecutive OINP draws on March 12, 2024. The following is the breakup of invitations under the International Student Stream according to the lowest score ranges:

Minimum score of 72 and above- 1,306 ITAs (General Draw)

Minimum score of 66 and above- 649 ITAs (Targeted Draw)

Minimum score of 72 and above- 684 ITAs (Targeted Draw)

Ontario invited candidates across 15 Tech occupations and 41 health occupations. The province issues invitations to deserving candidates according to the in-demand occupations. Candidates receiving invites get 14 days to submit complete applications for becoming permanent residents in Ontario.

The government of Ontario operates the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) in collaboration with the federal government of Canada.

The provincial immigration program of Ontario helps prospective and eligible candidates to get permanent residency in the vibrant and culturally diverse province. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program helps local employers recruit international students and overseas workers, addressing their human resource concerns.
