The province accesses the Express Entry pool to look for candidates with active Express Entry profiles. The NB PNP draw selects the most eligible candidates from the Express Entry pool for provincial nomination. Candidates receiving ITAs get 45 days to apply to the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program for nomination.
