Manitoba Invites 615 Candidates in the Latest Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw

Manitoba issued 615 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) on August 10, 2023, under all Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) streams.

The recent Expression of Interest draw under three Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program categories invited 615 candidates, including those with active Express Entry profiles. The CRS scores for the EOI draw ranged between 605 and 708 points.

Skilled Workers in Manitoba  

Occupation-specific draw – Targeted draw for occupations in demand issued 249 Letters of Advice to Apply to candidates with a minimum CRS score of 605 points and above. 

All-occupations – The general draw for candidates in all other occupations (except those in occupation-specific selection) issued 279 Letters of Advice to Apply. The CRS cut-off for the Skilled Workers in Manitoba- All Occupations was 647 points. 

MPNP International Education stream

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draw for applicants under the International Education stream sent out 47 invitations.

MPNP Skilled Worker Overseas 

The ‘Skilled Workers in Manitoba’ stream selects Expression of Interest profiles under the strategic recruitment drive. Skilled Worker Overseas draw selected 40 Expression of Interest profiles having a minimum CRS score of 708 points and above. The CRS cut-off was lower by 9 points compared with the earlier draw in July.
