Manitoba invited 282 candidates on February 8, 2024, through the Expression of Interest draw, marking the beginning of Manitoba’s MPNP draws of 2024.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held an Expression of Interest Draw to issue 282 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the following streams:
Skilled Worker in Manitoba – 151 LAAs (minimum ranking score- 619)
International Education stream – 83 LAAs (minimum ranking score- N/A)
Skilled Worker Overseas – 48 LAAs (minimum ranking score- 713)
Manitoba selected 26 Expression of Interest profiles of candidates having active Express Entry profiles through the latest MPNP draw. The invitation round for Skilled Worker in Manitoba considered Expression of Interest profiles of candidates declaring close relatives in Manitoba.
Candidates receiving Letters of Advice to apply must submit applications for nomination within 60 days.

Manitoba’s Skilled Worker Overseas pathway for immigration is a provincial stream besides being a dedicated Express Entry pathway to become a permanent resident in Manitoba. Candidates on a provisional Work Permit, proving current employment in Manitoba, qualify for Manitoba Work Experience stream under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway. Overseas applicants with full-time job offers from Manitoba employers are eligible for the Employer Direct Recruitment pathway.
