BC PNP selection process

The selection process of British Columbia requires eligible candidates to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) highlighting the candidate’s education, language skills, work experience, and provincial ties to receive scores for competitive selection. British Columbia selects the top-scoring candidates through periodic BC PNP draws and issues Invitations to Apply (ITAs).

The candidates submit the final application for the final assessment. They receive provincial nomination certificates after a thorough evaluation of their information. The nomination certificate enables successful candidates to apply for permanent residency in the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
