British Columbia operates Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS) to select candidates through British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). Candidates submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to get CRS points ranking for competitive selection. The SIRIS is similar to the federal Express Entry selection system.
The SIRIS enables candidates to create an online profile for registration to receive a particular CRS score. The EOI profile remains active for one year. Candidates can update the same during the course of the validity period to improve their ranking.
